McCain/Palin Roundup

Because there's too much for just one post...

Item 1: McCain now running as McChange. I think it's a tough sell considering how long he's been in office (since the Civil War?), his recent voting record (McBush?), and his choice of VP (Caribou Barbie?). Let's select national infrastructure as an issue, and see whose plans seem more Bush-like.

Item 2: Palin is historically NOT opposed to earmarks, as McCain makes her out to be. In fact, McCain himself has publicly denounced earmarks that Palin requested at least three times in previous years. Oops.

Item 3: People just can't stop noticing contradictions on the Republican side of the presidential race - see Item 2 for an example.
